2 cups rice
4 and 1/2 cups broth
1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
2 Tbsp dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch cassorole dish. Combine all ingredients in the dish and bake unvocered for 40-45 minutes, until rice is fluffy.
For variation add protein of your choice to the rice before putting it in the oven (vital wheat gluten steaks or tofu slices).
