Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting

4 ounces Earth Balance vegan margarine (1 stick), softened
4 ounces Tofuti Better Than Cream Cheese, or other brand of your choice
2 cups powdered sugar (blend vegan granulated sugar with 1 Tablespoon cornstarch to make your own)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large bowl, beat together the Earth Balance and Tofuti with an electric mixer. With the mixer on low speed, add the powdered sugar a cup at a time until smooth and creamy. Beat in the vanilla extract.
