Chocolate Pot



200 grams at least 80% cocoa chocolate bars (a couple bars)
700 grams (2 packs) silken tofu
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
pinch salt

Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. In a food processor, combine tofu, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth (a couple minutes).  Drizzle in melted chocolate with the food processor on, until incorporated. Serve in decorative ramakins or small cups.

options: add lime zest, pinch or red chili
garnish with cocoa powder, peanut bits, cookie crumbs
